Thankyou for the updates Tim, the bloody press here in the UK are talking out of their arse. Heading out the 3V on the 2nd March and have been getting non skiing/boarding friends crowing about there being no snow in the Alps, I just nod and say 'Oh well' knowing full well that all the resorts mentioned in the press are minor and very low down....if you know, you know! Will call in one day and have a beer, hope you're having a great season. Joe, Manchester.

Hi Tim, We are coming back to La Tania for the forth time next year and we're staying in a Chalet Le Creux de l'Ours right at the top of Chem' de Morrettaz. I had hoped we would be able to ski down Moretta and take the turn off onto Plan Fontaine and drop down into the chalet/village from traverse across the woods. Will that be possible? Is the whole of Moretta going to be closed or just the lower part after the plan fontaine turn off? ? surely the only route open isnt going be Folyeres right into the town? Any info would be great, thanks

La Tania is a great little village and hope to visit again. Ideal location to explore the Three Valleys, an amazing ski area. Loved the runs back down to the village. Thanks for your reports during the season. Cheers

You lucky git! Wish it had been like that 6 weeks ago instead of being packed with nothing on top. Maybe see you next year, but only with a late booking if conditions are good. Still the best resort in the Alps!
